Cold IPAs are a new spin on IPAs that are fermented with lager yeasts at higher temperatures than is traditional, and dosed with dry hops at the tail end of fermentation for biotransformation. Featuring Lupulin hop pellets of Bravo and Sultana hops from our friends at Hopsteiner in Yakima, this IPA is extremely crisp, hoppy, and clean!
